This is done through email as it serves as a contract and safeguards us both should any instruction be overlooked. I run seasonal cookie gift sets through the Seasonal Shop Page (in top menu) and my facebook page for smaller individual orders with one pick up date close to that holiday. I do not ship specials, you must be able to pick up in Post Falls on that specific day or weekend. Most orders aside from seasonal specials will require a dozen or more of the same set of cookies. Order requests are granted according to calendar availability of that given week, so its best to reserve and secure your order for that date well in advanced. Orders are place and secured for the particular baking week when full payment is made. For example, if you'd like 4 dozen classy cookies to take to a Christmas party you'd want to plan and place your order in October. Once I have maxed out the amount of cookies I can skillfully produce for a particular week, I close all other requests for that week. I am not a mass producer and I do not employ others.
